At Cherry Collectables, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings and intimate apparel are final sale unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the Return Authorization form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
